This workshop will focus on behavioral strategies for improving the variety and volume of foods and decreasing negative mealtime behaviors for children with autism spectrum disorder. Additionally, information regarding nutritional recommendations and referral resources will be provided.
Dr. Ally Davis is a Pediatric Psychologist who specializes in feeding for children with ASD through the Swank Autism Center at Nemours/AI duPont Hospital for Children. She completed her doctorate degree at Loma Linda University and residency and fellowship at Nemours/AI duPont. Dr. Davis is also involved in diagnosis and intervention for young children with ASD through Child Development Watch.
Natalie Navarre, MA, RD, CSP, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. She completed her graduate degree in Nutrition Education at Immaculata University. She has been a clinical dietitian at Nemours/A.I duPont Hospital for Children since 2013 and currently covers the gastroenterology and general nutrition outpatient clinics.
