Smart Cookie Day
April 6, 2006
2:00 p.m.
We would like to invite our families to
join us at Legislative Hall for Smart Cookie Day. After
the children deliver their cookies to their representatives and
senators, there will be a special proclamation on the floor of
the House of Representatives at 3 p.m. It has been three years
since we did this in the House. It's a wonderful opportunity to
put a face on autism, to help the legislature know just how many
families are effected by autism, and it has been very effective
for us in the past.
We would like to invite you to bring your family and
join us on Smart Cookie Day. ASD has also reserved the
Lobby House at 5:30 for a "meet and greet" with our senators and
representatives. We hope many of you join us for that session as
well.
Please let me know if you can come, and how
many family members you will have for both or either of these
activities on April 6th.
